I really like peanut butter, but I can't eat it every day like you do. It does have protein in it, so that's a good thing. Rarely, and I do mean rarely, do I ever eat a hot dog. I like good brats. Processed meats just don't do good things for me.

I shouldn't eat processed meats either; but I eat what Meals on Wheels gives me.

@MarieCoyle No. You have to take what they bring.

@LindaOHio Some of the processed meats are even hard for me to look at...chopped, pressed, cooked, and then of course the added salts and sugars and chemicals. I have always wondered--do you have to accept just what they have for Meals On Wheels? Like maybe if a person is Kosher, or has beliefs of not eating certain foods, or severe dietary restrictions? Do they make meals for diabetics? Just curious about it. I can see where some people couldn't eat certain things.

I had chicken dumplings, a fruit smoothie, and some cranberry trail mix. But I had a lot of dumplings.

I had a peanut butter/apple butter sandwich for breakfast. Lunch was pork barbeque and cauliflower. Ham and cheese sandwich for dinner. Snacks included strawberries/blueberries and peanuts. Now you have me wanting a hot dog. I think I will make some for lunch tomorrow.
