The sauce is done but the meatballs will have to wait.

After I read online all about he history of meatballs and the first cookbook, of course I was late to actually do all I needed to do. So I put away in the fridge the meat (how I love those plastic wraps!) but as I had the onion minced, I decided to make the tomato sauce. It has dry mushrooms that were soaking in warm water while I learned history. I also added a bit of red wine but I did not go out to get a bay leaf. I can add it tomorrow (or skip it). But I will not catch a cold over a bay leaf. Now it is time to rest. I have been moving a lot today but luckily my back hasn´t hurt much. Maybe I´m getting younger I´ll go and check your posts now. See you.

Did I see meatballs written here? I am not an Italian food lover by any means but I love meatballs. No back pain? How great!

I love meatballs, I have ground beef in the freezer, the first not too hot day I am going to make them.

I get sidetracked like that too and have to put off to tomorrow whatever I was going to do today.
