Volunteer firefighters rescue four ducklings stuck in a storm drain in Pennsylvania

Volunteer firefighters from the Quarryville Fire Department answered an emergency call on Friday June 28 that four ducklings managed to fall into a storm drain who needed to be rescued.
The volunteer firefighters were able to enter the storm drains and rescue the four ducklings out of the storm drain.
The catch was that since the mother duck. The ducklings were taken by a resident to a local animal rehab center where they will be taken care of.

Most likely it rained in the area which caused the ducklings to fall into the drain.

Those mama ducks are awful careless with their babies, I am glad the ducklings were rescued, Where was mama duck?

That seems to have been a major rescue for four ducklings. I counted 8 firefighters there. I guess they all saw the worthiness of the cause, and the ducks were rescued.
