I have fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, and arthritis in my hands. A doctor I used to have highly recommended the paraffin bath for the pain in my hands. It works, it is messy, and it takes a long time to get warm enough. I will use it, though. The insurance plan I have will pay for health related items, a few dollars every three months. There is an online catalogue for those of us who do not want to go on a shopping trip. This time I found some "mitts" than can be heated in the microwave. I can put my hands in them and get some good relief. So now I have two means of dealing with those awful aches and pains. I hope it helps.

How wonderful that there are products produced that help you with this. Is the pain better in summer or winter? Is there a difference?

Hope those mitts help. Being able to warm them in the microwave sounds easy.

Both of those sound like they should help! I wear gloves a lot in the winter just for that reason! Even in the house sometimes!
