So happy it is August now, one step closer to fall. It is supposed to be hot, hot here the next two days, but at the moment its fine. No fan or AC needed. I was awake too early as usual. I need to go back to doing some of the breathing exercises and staying off the phone when I wake up. The screen time I think is causing a problem. Even if I am very tired when I go back to bed after dealing with Nico, I am still awake. I am going to play with him tonight and try to wear his little kittly self out so he will sleep in. He still isn't 100 percent though..so I will have to be careful.

Thanks nice to see you Anna! It was hot yesterday but not very muggy. Today seems to be the same.

We are going to have a cloudy and rainy August;as weather forecasts say.It's evening and the sky is heavily clouded.It might rain at right.

I don't want to rush time as it's flying by fast enough but I'm ready for some cool Fall weather. It's hot here and my a/c is on.

If I wake up tonight as the cat will make sure aI do, I will take a pill to help me sleep. I have been sleep deprived and unenergetic.
