MIL ordered pizza and wings for us after we worked all day and we ate pretty late. So there's plenty of leftovers for that. I decided I wanted a tuna melt. So I am boiling eggs so I can make tuna and then make a tuna melt. That's probably what I'll have, and then some ice cream or a milkshake or something. Super exciting. LOL What did everyone else have?

That seems like an odd combo I guess considering both the rice and spaghetti noodles are a starch. Or as you saying you put a spaghetti sauce on the rice?

We haven't had dinner yet. I think it'll be stir-fry.

Stir fry always seems to do the trick. Never becomes a fail.

That's sort of a pizza sandwich of sorts, or maybe an open calzone I guess? Either way, it can't not be good, right?

I can have tuna melt any day. Yum. We had food delivered last night, but I didn't get to eat my share because I slept right away. I had my dinner this morning: it was beef steak with rice, tomatoes and boiled egg

I have no idea what you might call it? Pizza casserole, maybe? I had some pizza sauce leftover from the garlic bread pizzas we made recently and wanted to use it up. I browned some ground beef and added some onions and green pepper. Tossed that into a mixing bowl. Then I added some chopped, fresh spinach and sliced baby portabella mushrooms. Tossed in the rest of the pizza sauce and a small can of tomato sauce. Cooked up some rotini noodles and added that in. A little minced garlic, oregano and Italian seasoning. Mixed it all together and dropped it into a greased 9x13 baking dish and baked it for 50 minutes at 350 before adding mozzarella cheese to the top for another 10 minutes. Whatever you might call it, it was GOOD EATS!

I had a heavy breakfast of paratha and still not feeling hungry. It's past 2:20 in the afternoon and I didn't have my lunch. I have kidney beans curry and rice with cucumber and onion salad. My husband and daughter had the lunch.
