Jay Had Blood Drawn This Afternoon

Jay had routine blood work done, this afternoon. After getting the jeep repaired, I drove home to pick Jay up. His appointment was at 1:00P and we arrived at 12.59A in Oscoda. It's about 14 miles north of East Tawas.
Talk about cutting it close, we had one minute to spare:) That only took about 1/2 hour.
Cindy and Dave Smith were in the VA office. Cindy and I were both in the same graduating class, at Tawas Area High School:) It was good to visit with her and Dave!
Our class reunion is in September, I'm not sure if we will go or not.
She told me that my friend Tari Jo got remarried. That was very good news! Tari Jo and I were both members of the Tawas senior band. This was a good memory:)

Sounds like you had a nice visit. I had a friend named Cindy Smith in middle school. That was her maiden name. I have tried to find her but Smiths are hard to find. So many of them. I often wonder what happened to her.

My friend Pat, her maiden name was Smith. But, we stayed in contact for many years. Now, she's in a facility with Alzheimer's.

Tari Jo spent 14 years taking care of their sick daughter. Tari's husband left her, mostly because of this. Now, she's 72 years old and met a wonderful man!

The classmates, some have families and good lives. While others only come to reunions, to party and get drunk! That behavior should have been given up, at a very young age.
