Police officers in Palmhurst Texas answered an emergency call from concerned residents who saw a cat whose gender was not revealed had been running in the neighborhood with a jar stuck over its head. The police officers were able to catch the cat with a jar stuck on its head on Thursday August 1. How long had the cat had the jar stuck on its head is not known. The good part was that the cat was taken by the police officers to a veterinarian to be taken care of. The police officers named the car Jar-Jar for the reason of having a jar stuck on its head which concerned them since the cat had been suffering from the heat outside. Hopefully the cat will be either be reunited with its owner or get adopted by a loving family. Link is upi.com/4321722956734 via @upi

OMG, that must be painful for that little cat. Hope she is fine now. We should dispose materials carefully.

That is true that we need to be careful in disposing materials in a better way.

Poor kitty. They are curious and it's his own fault. I wonder how they can get the jar off of the cat's head without hurting him.

I am sure that the veterinarian will find a way to release the jar from its head without harming the cat.

I hope they find an owner for the cat. They chose a very appropriate name.

Apparently, its owner didn't seem too concerned. That poor animal, breathing hot air:(

@Deepizzaguy And some people do these nasty things to animals, on purpose!

I wonder why animals do things like that, unless there was a mouse at the bottom of that jar, it's unfathomable to me, as to why a cat would risk its life to do such a thing. I thought cats were more canny than that.

I guess the cat may have seen a mouse inside of the jar.
