A new study has found microplastics in human brain tissue, lungs, liver, kidneys, reproductive organs, knee and elbow joints, blood vessels and bone marrow. Typically the pieces were 5 mm in diameter. The microplastics can cause oxidative stress which can result in cell damage, inflammation, cardiovascular disease, fertility issues,various cancers and more. Scientists say this is "scary" and is a global priority.
Dish service is completely installed and up and running. Now I just have to wait for Kinetic/Windstream to take care of the internet and phone. We have all kinds of perks for the first year or two; but you have to ASK for them. Fortunately I studied their websites carefully before ordering.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Red Lobster leftovers - Cheddar Bay Biscuit, clam strips, scallops, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts
Dessert/Snack - Cinnamon muffin
Dinner - PB&J sandwich

I had a BBQ chicken sandwich and potato salad for lunch, and chicken & rice and garlic/Parmesan pretzels for dinner. Marie gave me a couple of brownies (real ones), and I ate half of one of them. Then there were free apples in the lobby!!!!

Those brownies are so rich…when I make them for my friend Tammy, she eats 3-4 at a time!! I am like you, I eat half of one and that’s enough!!
