This has to be kind of quick because apparently my laptop only has six percent left. So that's not cool. Anyway. I made beef stroganoff and biscuits for dinner. It was easy and quick and neither kid complained. So that's a win. I even remembered to take a picture. So that's what was for dinner here. What did you have?

I made a pot roast with a side of rice. We ate at dinner time. My grandson woke up at 4 PM. And he wasn´t hungry.

@thislittlepennyearns He called me and said that he was in Santiago. Could he come? I could not say no. He´s the grandson that drives me crazy.

@marguicha Crazy good, or crazy bad. That's what grandchildren are good for. I know our kids are great at driving their grandma crazy.

I had rice with santula (a curry which is not that what you think of) and had some pakodas! After 2 hours I craved for milk tea and biscuits, so had them with jhalmudhi!

@thislittlepennyearns No not the curry you get in restaurants! There's no spices in the curry!

@anya12adwi I have never had curry in a resturaunt. I make my own. I can't have coconut milk. So a fellow mylotter sent me her recipe using regular milk.

Not had a beef stroganoff in ages. I picked up a madras curry for this evening, feeling lazy

What makes it a madras? I'm making meatloaf and mashed potatoes for dinner.

@thislittlepennyearns Madras is quite hot, not as hot as a vindaloo. I like meatloaf and mash, with onion gravy. A bit of English mustard doesn't go amiss!

@Ronrybs I would assume that meatloaf recipes here and meatloaf recipes there are a little different.

That looks pretty good. But of course, I do like beef stroganoff. For dinner I made a kielbasa stir fried rice dish with onions, yellow peppers and broccoli, and used a teriyaki sauce. It was good eats.

I have no idea what I am going to do tonight. Probably grilled cheese or cinnamon rolls and bacon.

@thislittlepennyearns Cinnamon rolls and bacon sounds like an interesting combination, yet at the same time, one that works.

We had homemade bean soup with ham, cornbread, and green salad. It was so good but oh so filling. I shared some with my elderly neighbor Dale.

That sounds good too! I just finished washing up the kitchen after dinner. I'm trying to decide if I want ice cream. The answer is probably yes.

@thislittlepennyearns I love to cook with dried beans...put it all in the crockpot and walk away. So good, so easy, and my house smells of yummy soup when I get home. It's a win for sure! Ice cream is tempting, I try to not have it often. I swear when I eat it, I may as well just apply it directly on my backside, because that's where it ends up. Yep. Enjoy!

I had Rice Pulao with curd for dinner. However often we have snacks and tea during the dinner time. Have a nice time ahead.

Vin's not home so I'm having two boiled eggs - maybe with 'soldiers'.
