Where is @MarieCoyle ? She'll be so proud of me for having dinner before seven pm. LOL
Easy, stick to your ribs, home cooked, good ole' country food tonight.
I made meatloaf, mashed potatoes and biscuits. YES. No veggies. And you'll never guess. We didn't explode.
LOL. But it was easy. I probably made twice as much meatloaf as I needed to. But whatever. She child and Chris ate two portions.
So win.
What did everyone else have tonight?

I made a big batch of potato salad and will cook some blood sausage to put on the side.

What do you put in your potato salad? Isn't it far past bedtime there now?

Marga, whatever you fix, I imagine Diego will eat, so make sure you get your own portion and eat it! It sounds like he has a big appetite!

Sometimes, we eat dinner late, too. I know it happens to everyone, I tend to base the time a bit on the son and how he is feeling.
We had baked chicken thighs, baked potatoes, salad, and garden tomatoes. Oh, and some homemade rolls the son gobbled down. I love good meatloaf, and if there is some left over, it never goes to waste!

It never goes to waste here. One of the dogs, either ours or Chris' uncle will eat it.

We eat our meat loaf up or I slice it and wrap it and put it in the freezer for a wild day.

We used to have it about once a week, but I have been trying to work more recipes into the menu. Although hamburger meat is really the only protein we have on hand right now.

Yeah that doesn't sound that great, it also sounds like it might be awful to burp up.

Hey those On Cor meals can be life savers sometimes.
We had Burger King tonight. It was.....it was food.

@porwest I like some BK's. The one we went to yesterday is the one that I managed five years ago, and the staff they currently employ would of never made it working under my management
Plus, once you've had it fresh right out of the oven and fryer, nothing is as good.

@thislittlepennyearns I like Burger King. Granted, many locations need to clean the place up. But I don't mind the food. Of the On-Cor things, I find them tasty enough to fill the bill at a reasonable price.
