Do you have certain patterns? Or routines?

I am pretty "random" when it comes to things like doing laundry or dishes. But I definitely have my routines. Right now I am listening to "A Joyful Noise," an FM radio program of sacred music on KDFC, the local classical music radio station. I try to do so every Sunday.
I saunter (heh--I mean shuffle) into my kitchen and turn on the water, right after I jump (heh--I mean roll) out of bed. I visit the bathroom, take my pain meds, and return to fish (finish) up making the coffee.
My default breakfast is eggs and bacon. Sometimes I get tired of bacon and have canned corned beef hash.
I cook them up while checking my email and MyLot.
And on and on. I have my favorite liquor store, my default grocery stores, and my default "discount" gas station.
Are you a "creature of habit" in some ways?

I slowly crwl from my bed every morning to the bathroom. On the way back I take my meds and only then I´m able to decide whether I sleep a bit more, watch news or have a cup or coffee (or breakfast). My breakfast is usually a toasted or warmed bun with butter, butter and cheese or any other thing on top such as ham or avocado.
I like to read a bit in the morning too. You should read East of Eden as you are living in California. The description of the Salinas valley is perfect.

Tea Drinking, bathing times, some prayers, Evening Exercises.
All these are very much on set patterns except for a few days.
Add Washing machine and clothes drying routine to that.
A few other things like de cluttering, re-arranging certain things is something that is more of random.
I might say I am "creature of habit" up to 65%.

My ex and used listen to the universities local radio station in the dark on Sunday evenings. They had " Garrison Keillor and News from Lake Wobegon" on and we enjoyed him so much.
I like my dinner at about 6p. and am trying to get my daughter on a schedule of doing her chores on certain days. That's about it.

@celticeagle Kitty has demanded a back rub. I complied. Is she an "above average" kitty? I have no clue.

@TheHorse I get all the routine things done in the morning and then I have time to go on the computer. It gives me extra time and everything is neat and tidy unless the cats go on a rampage knocking stuff off of my dresser. I know the world is not flat because if it was, cats would knock everything over the edges.

I lead a very routine life. I do my laundry everyday. My breakfast, lunch and dinner timings are the same as I have to take my BP and medicine for my heart.

I am a creature of habit. I get up at 5:30, I go down, open the door and give some treats to the kitty of my neighbors and let him in to play with our cat. Then I make breakfast, I wash the dishes and cups, take a shower and get dressed for the day. When I am ready I turn on my computer and check myLot first, the news and then the mail.

I am in some areas. Laundry I do when there are enough clothes to make a load. I've taken to washingup by hand because it takes 2-3 days to get enough dishes in the dishwasher to warrant running it. Breakfasts are very random. I'm spoiling Vince with crumpets at the moment. He has two and I have one. Mostly I'd go without breakfast.

I pretty much am a routine kinda gal. I'm not very spontaneous and like my life planned out. You should have seen me when we had a trip coming up. Out come the maps and the highlighters and lists of things to take and places to see. Have a good week.

I am very much so a creature of habit. My husband keeps pointing this out, especially when he sees that I tend to get uncomfortable when there's something new that breaks my usual routine. I like to wear the same kind of clothes and shoes and order the same food at a certain restaurant. Well, that's me and I like me.
