I'm going to bury this Christmas card

We received our first Christmas card today. It’s quite small but made of recycled paper which has been embedded with Swan River daisy seeds. You soak the card then place in some earth, lightly cover it and keep it moist. Germination should take place in 7-21 days. What a great idea!
The Swan River daisy (Brachyscome iberidifolia) is an Australian native; an attractive, versatile annual which is low-growing and low maintenance. Sounds like my type of flower.
Thanks to Islander61 for the photo from Wikimedia Commons.

I hope there's more than one seed embedded in the card and that they(it?) germinates and grows for you.

So much better than having all these Christmas cards to throw out once Christmas is over.

I've seen wrapping paper with seeds . . . how neat to receive a card like that!
