What's for dinner? December 8

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I'm having roasted chicken breast. I marinated it with some smashed garlic, buttermilk, and Tajin seasoning. To go with it I'm making spaghetti squash and roasted carrots. It will be a nice, easy, and low-carb meal and will provide leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Sounds good to me! That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

We had a traditional Christmas dinner at the clubhouse last night so I don't even want to think about food at the moment.

I had a Meals on Wheels lunch in the freezer. Ravioli, corn and green beans. Have a good week.

It was our Thanksgiving family get together, so we had traditional Thanksgiving fare. We always have a ham and a turkey. No one was forced to eat a 4th of July casserole though. lol
