How do you come up with thoughts or ideas for posting discussions in Mylot?

I would be completing almost 7 months by end of year. There is one thing that has intrigued me is how most people come up with thoughts or ideas for posting discussions here.
I have seen few who post on their daily events, some on special events and others on general topics. I for one get ideas based on the events or talks around me and well, that’s what I have been posting in mylot all these months. I did few posts based on the interesting news events - (George Vieto does the best in sharing inspiring events and I do love those posts! )
So, how do you come up with thoughts or ideas for posting discussions in Mylot?

I usually just write about things that I feel like discussing on here, or something in the news that catches my attention.

I just write about what pops into my head. Most of the time it's an archive of my life and day. Minus what meals I make. Although if my husband, George, does ask me for something I'm usually quick to comply because i know he needs it.

@RevivedWarrior I've been told that in a number of ways. I never considered myself such. Because I guess I just grew up with the right values.I had my share of struggles with George and I'm amazed we've lasted as long as we have, but he's happy that I'm here.

I will usually get ideas from items posted on websites that I might think are interesting and relatable to others. Sometimes it's things I've done my life, other times it's my interests like musical and movies.

Well, some of us do have that trouble of having lot of ideas .Guess , we shoudl slowly express them one at a time and that could lead to wonderful discussions. Thanks for sharing!

Most of the myLotters are all blogging about their daily lives, their rants, their pains, their emotions... I guess that's how I and other myLotters gets their ideas.

i don't post much because i'm struggling with topics, but i usually post about current interest and topics that i'm dealing with at the moment and i want to hear other people's opinion on it. i don't put much thought to it.

If I consciously think of something to write, nothing will come out from my thoughts. Mostly, I write based on what I could think, there is no planning. I don't know how to explain further but that's how I write. I'm not thinking that I'll gain responses, or whether others like it or may not like it.
