On New Year's Day I always feel motivated to organize. I like to put things away and I like to do things like clean out the file cabinets.
One of our most memorable New Year's Day we had a little snow, and Bob came in and interrupted me on the computer. We went out and bought binoculars and went to a wild life refuge to use them.
I do not know what I am going to do today. I have a lot of laundry that is clean and needs folded and put away. I may do that. Bob has some cooking to do, but then so do I.
We may go out this afternoon and do something fun, I hope.
I feel like whatever I do on New Year's Day becomes a habit for the year.

I can think things much faster than I can do them.

I hope not (whatever you do on New Year’s Day becomes your habit for the year), because I’m doing laundry.
Hope you have a wonderful day.

@GardenGerty — you’re right, when everyone else forgets me, laundry will still be here for me.

Our high today may reach 32F. I'll be staying in the house and keeping warm. I've got some ground beef and ground pork thawed and will be making some type of pasta and veggies to go with it.
I hope, whatever you do today, you enjoy yourself.

I think we had a similar high. I did not go outside at all today.

@DaddyEvil Apps are too generalized to be accurate, in my opinion.

@GardenGerty The weather app changed its mind and claimed we reached 38F today but my outside thermometer only reached 33F. I believe it and not the app.

@GardenGerty That's OK too. I used to love to hang out with my hubby.

Having work to get ready for helps me with the structure.
