The holidays are over. It's time to get back to normal living. Good morning from yet another cold day in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. My computer temp says 13 F. I turn my thermostat down to 70 F each night. Every night my thermostat runs because of the intense cold. However, this isn't about the weather, it's about my plans and that I need to go outside in the cold weather. This morning I have Bible study. We're meeting for the first time this year. We have a new book we're starting today called The Awe of God. I read the first chapter last night as I prepared for today. This is going to be an exciting journey. It might take us all year. There are forty-two chapters. I can see it happening. Today is also the first Tuesday of the month. I have Writer's Guild tonight. My friend will pick me up at 3:30 for a meeting that starts at 5:30. No, it doesn't take an hour to get to the restaurant where we meet. It's only across town. However, we arrive early to eat before the meeting starts and chat with other early arrivals. I also want to get some shopping done today after Bible study this morning. We'll see. I don't need a lot, but my freezer is starting to run low. I'm almost out of fish, which has been the biggest food item in my freezer. We'll see what happens. Fish isn't the only thing I need. Yes, I consume more fish than any other food, besides eggs. I'm running low on those too, and oat milk. If I don't go today, I'll need to make time this week. Maybe Thursday, when I'm once again near Hy-Vee. We'll see on that note too. After all, I'm dependent on a ride to take care of my needs. Okay, that's what my day looks like. Time now to get started with the day.
