Munching dry banana slices while I mylot.

They are probably called chips in English. They cut the bananas in thin slices and then they dry the slices in a machine.

They are chips. I don´t like to get up early either. I´m a night person.

I will buy some eggplants in my next grocery list. They are my favorite veggies.

@marguicha I had to doctor this one up. I put it on cooking and ran to the store. My hubby decided to mix it all together and did not add more seasoning at that time like I usually do. We fixed it though!

I will check if I have fish to give to Martín tomorrow. If I have some, I can make some rice today and have everything ready.

I bought chicken livers a couple of weeks ago and have half of them frozen still. I love them with mashed potatoes.

@DaddyEvil Why can´t you eat them? They are quite healthy.

Mmm! I love fried chicken livers but am not supposed to eat them anymore. *sigh*

@marguicha It is a one pot meal with rice, chicken, onions, tomatoes and spices.

I buy basil and blend it with garlic and lots of olive oil. Then I place them in small containers I recycled from small cheeses some years ago and place them in the freezer. I take out one by one and thaw it for pasta. It lasts me all year and it is very inexpensive during the season. Why do you "see" and then "don´t see"? I do worry about you, as you know.

@marguicha I buy pesto ready made at the store and make pasta with beef and then mix in the pesto. I've never tried making pesto before. I have Graves' Disease and it causes my eyes to swell closed and ache, sometimes for days at a time. That's the reason I can't hold down a job anymore. I never know when my eyes will swell closed or for how long they'll be swelled closed. (Graves' Disease also cause my eyes to dry out. I get a prescription eye drops for that part but the drops can't help with the swollen eyes.) Pretty gets paid by the government here to help me when I can't see to do things for myself. Yeah, I know you worry about me. I worry about you, too.

Lately I have become an spaguetti addict. I go from rice to potatoes to spaghetti.

There are things that can´t stay "closed" in my home. I have eaten now most of the cashews I bought 3 days ago. And they were a lot. AND I also bought the bananas. I never buy chocolate because I would eat them in seconds.

@marguicha Cashews have a lot of calories I think. Now I'm older, I find nuts of any sort tend to stick in my throat. I never buy potato crisps/chips as I'd eat the lot in one go.
