What I got for my mom’s birthday

It is my mom’s birthday today.
I ended up getting her a card and some lotto scratch-offs. She won but only $1.
I also got her a TY beanie baby bear. She has a big collection of those and this one is new.
I wanted to get her daisies as she loves these flowers. I was lucky to grab the last bouquet of daisies at the store.
For a tasty treat, I got her a mini sfogliatela (a ricotta pastry), which she enjoyed with some tea.
I feel happy about this. And she seemed to appreciate it all. I guess that’s a win.

@celticeagle We tried something different. They bring you a box with many compartments (if that's the correct word) and inside each one is a different thing to try. So good. It's new. Not sure how much it costs as hubby didn't look at the receipt but I'd get it again.

She did! I decided that for dinner we will go out instead of making something at home and we took her out for sushi. It was something different than the sushi she usually gets. She really enjoyed it.
