I had a delightful dinner today- homemade dosa! My mom crafted the perfect, golden-crisp dosa, infused with just the right blend of spices. But the real star of the meal was the sambhar dal-rich, flavorful, and lip-smacking. Each bite was a burst of comforting warmth and bold flavors. It all came together so beautifully! What about you? Your dinner sounds delicious! I ate spiced French fries with mayo and ketchup for dinner last night. They were delicious, too.

We recently went to Hyderabad, Srisailam and Tirupati and had to eat South Indian food all the time for 4-5 days, and what I feel is that the quality was not better than what we get here in North India. Here is the picture of the dosa we were served in Srisailam.
