I have a head ache..

For the last few days, I have woken up having a headache daily. I don't know if it is because of the stress I am having these days or because of the improper sleep. I have not taken a medicine yet, as I don't like to take medicine for it. 
But the last 4 days have been very stressful for me. Hope the things go well for me.

Yeah I do that sometimes when my eyes hurt. I put the wet cloth on my eyes and lie down for a few minutes. It helps if its not something serious.

I know life is so stressful these days and 'there's no time to stand and stare' but try to get some sleep...atleast with some medications if possible.

There are some harmless tablets such as Crocein you could take. Why suffer?

There are only 3 reason why I have headaches, one is lack of sleep, two, I missed my lunch, third due to my TMJ disorder.
