Saturday Morning

I was up at 6:30, due to needing some caffeine. Bob got up not long after.
We have both had coffee, and store bought cinnamon rolls with a caramel frosting. Not healthy, but so good.
Getting taxes done went well. We came home and ate last night because we knew we had good food here. I had made green salads for lunch, but Bob was napping. I went to my in service and he did not know about the salad, so he really enjoyed it last night. I could have sworn I mentioned it in the note I left, but I did not.The convenience of eating out is nice but home made is tastier and much much less expensive.
Other than eating this morning and drinking coffee all I have done is give Bob a hair cut. He really needed it. I am mixing things up by coming here before I do anything else. It is nice to touch base and to see that some of you have some good news.
I have one more load to dry and I am done. I have some cooking and cleaning to do and just some general relaxing. Sipping on my lemonade for my cough. We will have more salads today. I bought some miniature cucumbers the other day and some tomatoes that they are calling "cocktail tomatoes" bigger than cherry or plum but not full size.
I want to look at some work from home opportunities today.

Vince has had a cough for ages and ages and we were blaming the lung operation. He had a routine visit to a new cardiologist who has changed one of his tablets. A side effect of the old one is a cough so it will be good if the change helps.

I'm glad the taxes went well for you. That's always a relief!
Homemade foods always taste better but I'd like to have something that I didn't make once in a while. (We used to get cinnamon rolls once in a while but Pretty says she's tired of them and, since the ones I like come in a four-pack, she won't buy them until she's ready to eat some again. That's one drawback of her doing all the grocery shopping now. She picks and chooses what I get to eat.
