A man who was in a wheelchair accidently shoots himself in the foot

A 50 year old man who resides in Detroit Michigan is in stable condition after he used a revolver to shoot a cockroach that was inside of his home on Sunday.
The name of the shooting victim was not released was sitting in his wheelchair when his first attempt to rub out the cockroach failed by using his shoe that he was wearing.
The same person attempted to rub out the same cockroach by using his revolver to rub out the cockroach but the bullet missed hitting the cockroach and he ended up shooting his foot by accident.
The shooting victim was taken by an ambulance to a local hospital where he is in stable condition.

It is even worse than the accident that the late Curly Howard had to deal with when as a child he shot in the foot with a weapon which forced him to walk with a limp.

I wonder if his foot has feeling in it, as if in a wheelchair, he might be paralysed from the waist down, but to do such a stupid thing, perhaps his brain was paralysed, at the time too.
