Buko Pie.

Maybe called by others as coconut pie. This pie is a traditional Filipino baked young coconut pie. It is a specialty or one our provinces. Buko pie is made with young coconuts, coconut juice and uses sweetened condensed milk and a bit of cornstarch encased with a pie crust. I cannot remember when was the last time I eat this.
This is not a favorite but it is always good to taste our own pie here once in a while.12 people like this

I like buko pie also. I don't remember the last time I eat buko it's sweet and tender.
