Police in South Carolina capture a kangaroo who escaped from his home

Police officers in Horry County in South Carolina catch a loose kangaroo.

A kangaroo that escaped from his home in Horry County in South Carolina managed to get out of the house of his owner on Saturday March 22. Deputies with the Horry County Police Department (HCPD) were able to capture the kangaroo and return the kangaroo to his or her home safely. The owner of the kangaroo will not face any severe punishment from the police since it is not against the law in Horry County to own a kangaroo. Link is msn.com/en-us/news/us/...

I would not want to a kangaroo as a pet either since they can hurt a human being since they are known as being skilled prize fighters.

Yes kangaroos are natives of Australia. Some of them are owned by Americans with permission from the state laws.

It would be interesting to know how the kangaroos make it into America, if by air, or by boat. There must be a trade of sorts going on there. America is a free country, whereas here in Australia, if we take a native animal as a pet, we might then end up in jail, for breaking the law.
