Back the beginning of March I had posted about the new upstairs flooring Housing had proposed. We had questions. I both called and wrote emails. I heard nothing. No answers. So this afternoon I get a call from maintenance. A new woman is now Maintenance Admin. She was very nice and workable. (I hope that continues.) So we now have an appointment for early May. Yeah! I so hate having things up in the air so it's nice to have this finally done. Whoa!

Maybe they were just waiting to hire somebody to fill that position? I'm glad you've got a time set up to start getting the new carpeting in.

They already put in carpeting two years ago. Now they are doing a king of vinyl tile that looks like wood.

I hope they use the high quality one, we put Pergo in the cottage and it is beautiful and very durable. It looks so good but I hate to say it but the cheap stuff looks bad. Honestly it looks better than wood and it is waterproof. Good luck and show pictures after its done.
