R.I.P. Pope Francis!

The pope has passed away on Easter Monday, how sad is that? He lived an amazing 88 years, the news was sudden and I'm sure many Catholics including myself will be mourning his death. I will check on my grandmother shortly as she is very religious and I'm sure is torn about the news. Prayers to all affected, may god have him in his glory.

I’d hoped that he’d turned the corner on his health issues. But it’s hard to fight back at 88.

So sad to hear especially since it seemed he was getting better after his latest health issues. He was my favorite Pope.
