We had this last night for our dinner.
Roast whole pork is common here especially when you have big events or celebrations. But sometimes you can buy it as well per kilo. I bought a kilo yesterday. It is really good. We still have leftover for today.

Looks tasty! Yes, it's popular during parties and another celebrations. We usually cook the leftover with tangy sauce and a mixture of spices. I love it!

That looks delicious! Sometimes I'll buy a large pork loin and roast it with potatoes and onions. It takes us several days to eat it all and I usually put some of it in the freezer for days when I don't feel like cooking.

So good if skin is crispy and meat tender but high blood is waving. But its okay to eat once in a while and not too much.

Look good.
When you say " roast whole pork" , do you mean the whole pig?
We buy Pork Shoulder and Bacon and Pork Sausages.
Yvonne is Jewish and isn't supposed to eat pork, but she loves it and she makes me buy it so she has less guilt.

Such a festive meal you had. Good thing that there are stores who sell per kilo.
