Today for Teacher Appreciation week the Dunkin Cruiser is here at school giving out Refreshers to teachers and staff and giving samples to students. The choices are Tropical Guava or Strawberry Dragonfruit. I went with the guava. It was incredibly sweet. I could only have like 2 sips. The general teacher consensus was that it was way too sweet. The students loved them though. They were also giving staff $5 gift cards. I won’t use it to get a Refresher but I will get an iced tea one morning on my way into work.

Glad they’re just giving SAMPLES, because you don’t need students hopped up on sugar and caffeine.

Since Vince was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, we've cut down on sugar and lots of things now taste way too sweet.

Donuts are very tempting!! I always have an apple cider donut in the fall, and that’s the last one I’ve had. They are a favorite with me, and my daughter loves them. It was nice that you got a gift card from them. Hey, at least it wasn’t another “teacher” coffee mug!!
