Good Sunday morning myLot. 
I was up very early today. I am looking forward to going over to our son's place today. They went to the Toronto Zoo yesterday, and I am sure that the girls will have lots to tell us about their time there. Our son sent some pictures of the polar bear exhibit, the girls particularly liked that area.
For those who are celebrating Mother's Day today, I wish you a happy one. Let's all take a few moments to remember our own sweet mothers and grandmothers who brought us up.
I thought you might enjoy seeing this picture of the girls at the playground 2 days ago. It was baby day at the playground in their eyes, and they brought their baby dolls along with them.

Thank you.
They had such fun on Friday at the park with Grandpa.
In a last minute decision, I put some baby back ribs into the oven to slow bake, Ron and Jonathon may like those to go along with our cold plate. The girls both love them too, and they do not get them often.
I have been thinking of my sweet Gramma, mother and mother-in-law this morning and the love and lessons that they taught to me over the years.

I am sure that she is enjoying her day today with 2 such little ones.
Those are the precious years, as everything that they say and give comes straight from the heart. There is no purer wish or gift a mother could ever wish for.

Thank you, it was a very joyful day today.
I am so very blessed.
The twins were so excited to give me the flowers that they picked out when they went shopping with Daddy, and they are beautiful.
We had such fun the entire time we were together. The girls both ate well, they had tall stories to tell us about their trip to the Toronto Zoo yesterday, and after we ate we all went outside together to play. Well, actually they were playing and my hubs, son and his wife all sat in chairs and the girls and I played. We picked dandelions and each of the girls put them into a little 'vase' in each of their play cottage, we kicked around some soccer balls and giggled together.

Gee, that is funny. When I was little, I don't remember ever taking my dolls out of the house. Even when sis and I played house..the dolls weren't part of it.

No, I wasn't allowed to take mine outside either, not that I ever asked to.
But another generation, another type of play I guess.
They use their imaginations so much.
I hope that you have a good day, we are going to leave now to go over to our son's place.

Harper has her baby doll sitting on the seat on the back side of the photo.
They did have alot to tell us about the animals and fish that they saw.
Harper particularly liked the flamingos with their bright colour.
She tried so hard to show us how they stood but wasn't able to until I stood up and lifted 1 leg back and held it up with my hand, that she could do and was so pleased with herself.
Our son told us that they were both really impressed that the girls were able to last the entire 3 hour car ride without a potty break or any accidents. They are growing up so much.

What cute little gals. I can certainly understand how the girls might be impressed by the polar bears. I remember seeing a stuffed one in Nevada once. Huge! Happy Day to you too.

Thank you.
They were having so much fun last Friday.
They had some wonderful stories to tell us today about the polar bears, a huge bald eagle, a flamingo, the orangutans and rhinos. One of the orangutans made eye contact with one of the girls and she was fascinated by the interaction. They loved seeing all of the fish just were unimpressed with the penguins.

We have our own Mother's Day ,this year is May 9th.The twins had an enjoyable day at the Toronto Zoo ! They are so cute wearing the same clothes !
