Animal control officers rescue a dog that was wandering on train tracks

A small dog that was seen on a railroad track in Everett Massachusetts

Everett Animal Control officers answered an emergency call from employees at the Encore Casino on Wednesday April 23 when a small dog was seen wandering on the railroad tracks behind the casino. The animal control officers had a tough time trying to get the dog to surrender to the and save the dog from being harmed by a train, The officers noticed that the leash that was attached to the neck of the dog had been chewed on by the dog. The animal control officers are asking the public to contact the Everett Police if they any information about the dog that was seen on the train tracks. Link is upi.com/4311745506410 via @upi
