Egg Prices

Government data is supposedly showing that the price of eggs has lowered since March. It was $6.23 for a dozen in March. I can get a dozen of the white for $3.99 now. They have come down about $1 in this area. I hope to see it come down a little more hopefully.
How is it in your area?

We were paying around 12 bucks for a 18 egg carton and it has come down to a bit over 6 dollars just in the last week or two here. I was pleasantly surprised.

@celticeagle I agree. I am fearful that they will go back up. I haven’t noticed any other price drops.

Nope. But at least it is a bit better. Since I will be getting them for breakfast next month it is nice to see them down.a bit.
