I think I have a day off!

I don't teach at Guitar Center today, and I don't think Durt Cheap is practicing. Wheee! I hope to do some exercises, and then cycle and later swim. It's only supposed to get up to about 75 F here, but the water is warm. How is your Sunday shaping up?

Thank you. I think I will cycle first and let it get warmer before I visit the pool. I did do some curls and leg lifts like a good boy this morning.

I woke up to use the bathroom and check in on myLot. I'll go back to sleep in a little while. I should wake up again around 5 pm and make "lunch" for Pretty and I. It's 75F here but it's raining right now. The bad storms seem to be passing around our city.

@TheHorse No, she won't. She'll make and eat lunch by herself, which is what she did. I'm making chicken nuggets and steamed veggies for me right now.

It's almost 11pm here. Had quite a varied and busy Sunday. We had a trip out on one of the motorbikes. Did some shopping Went to a cafe for coffee Now I am watching the telly and having a Gin and Tonic

The Sunday went fine. We had a Blood Sample collection for a family member in the morning. The Lab field person forgot to bring a special collection tube and we have it rescheduled for early tomorrow morning! The person came under a lot of scold! It is very hot today with maximum around 42 C ! That when we had a few days with some quick showers. But well, we are in the middle of hot hot summers so we have to cope. Have a great Sunday and a great week ahead!
