Travis Olgetree who works in the hairdresser business in Los Angeles California looked up at the window of his hairdressing business and he saw a coyote drinking water while the coyote was standing on its feet. Travis came to the conclusion that the coyote was drinking water from the roof since been had there from rain that fell on the roof of his salon. Travis thought it was odd seeing a coyote who was thirsty drinking water to the point that he share on social media. I know that coyotes are usually seen in deserts but I did not know that coyotes like to be in huge cities. Link is upi.com/8281746106239 via @upi

@rakski The picture was taken from inside the salon since the window is on the roof of the building.

I had no idea that Coyotes.could get onto a roof. And like you I had no idea they could live in cities. I thought that they were desert dwellers.

Coyotes are great at adapting, and typically don’t bother humans. I ran across a couple of them where I used to live. They walked four feet away from me, glanced at me, and just kept going. That being said, they will take down your cat or dog if they can. So while coyotes help control the rodent population, it’s not like you want them in your city. But there’s plenty of food!

That would be freaky to look up and see a coyote up there.

The photo is not that clear, but it can be seen it is a coyote. I hope that was a strong skylite, as you would not want a coyote falling through onto a customer getting their hair cut.

You are right since a coyote entering a salon would scare the customer.

That is an unusual photo of a coyote drinking. Some animals adapt very well to living in towns and cities. Foxes are quite common in our cities but you rarely see them.
