Hardened mango ice cream

It took a while what with power shut down et al but the ice cream has now hardened. I scooped out two spoons and loaded them in the stem glass. At the bottom and on top I put a few pieces of the fresh mango. I got this tip from YouTube It was a treat no doubt but with my sweater on Never have anything cold when the weather turns cold but this I had to. After all it is home made with all care.
