MyLotter AlwaysSmiling (@allknowing) has, from time to time, put up some lovely photos of the peacocks which would visit her garden. When we were away recently, we pulled into a service/petrol/gas station in Eneabba to fill up with petrol. There were seven or eight peafowl strolling around the precinct including a pure white peacock.
The attendant said they had 26 peafowl. They had had a pure white hen but a fox had taken her and her eggs so now they only had the one white peacock. I guess his tail is totally white as I couldn’t see any colour in it.
Such incidents all add interest to people travelling around our beautiful state.

I've seen pure white Peacocks in photos before but have never seen one in real life.
I'd have to wonder how interested peahens are in a white peacock?

@DaddyEvil When we were in Nepal, our friend's SIL was albino with blond hair (obviously) and white skin. She didn't look Nepalese at all.

He took some bread from our hands. I don't think bread is very good for them but the lady gave us a slice to feed them with so we just went ahead and did it.

Did you see Anna's photo of a white peacock with its tail spread? It's really very beautiful.
