There used to be a website all about Murphy's Law. I went to look for it and could no longer find it. But I did find this about him: Murphy was Edward Aloysius Murphy, Jr. He was an American aerospace engineer. During a rocket sled test at some point between 1948 and 1949, Murphy happened to coin the phrase "anything that can go wrong will go wrong," and it was later popularized by John Stapp, a testing project head, in a press conference. This phrase has been made popular since then, with people proclaiming "Murphy's Law!" when something goes wrong. Have you heard it?
