Do you use ChatGPT or AI apps? How do you rate them?

I tried using ChatGPT to compose a story, and I was amazed at how knowledgeable it was. I rate it 7/10.
However, I feel uncomfortable using that composition and posing it as my own. I am quite 'scared' that eventually AI will be able to do everything, and I cannot identify which is really composed by people and what's done by AI.
What about you? What do you think about these AI apps?

It's a interesting thing. I did sign up to chat Gpt for a study. Seems pretty fair. I had no complaints. Not shocked at what it can do but not worried either. AI just cannot sound like me. No one talks the way I do. I would like to see it try, it will never since I speak in such riddles and broken English. Although, AI is pretty good at speaking in riddles, but not as good as me.

I have never used one before. I want to be as authentic as possible, and I fear AI would make sound unlike my true self.
You, my dear, do not need AI. Your talent has always been obvious, and I remember bragging on you once, and you lamenting you weren’t as good as you used to be. You could run circles around a lot of people, any day.

I really feel that has to be common. I’ve never been a great writer, but now I can’t remember certain words, and my punctuation doesn’t know if it’s “coming or going”. It used to flow much more smoothly.

I do use it for some things. Mainly though if I use it for writing, I use it for ideas only. However, I have been using it frequently to fix things in my manuscript, mainly because it is currently written modernly and it is set in mid Victorian times. So, I have been using ChatGPT to see how things should be said and then I rewrite it using my own words. I find it great for that to be honest.

@Jenaisle Yes, I find it's a great brainstorming tool to help you come up with ideas and things. I was hesitant to use it at first but now I don't think I could live without it.

I've never tried it and am not interested in trying it. I'm perfectly capable of doing my own composition and don't need the help.
I have looked at a few books people have used AI to write for them and felt sorry for those people.

I don't use AI for writing or for anything else. It bothers me that a computer can do that.
