I Wish That Companies Had Better Customer Service

We don't use Uber Ride, haven't for months. But, we do use Uber Eats once a week when we eat out. So, this morning (1a.) I get an email from Uber Support. It says they were responding to our recent order. We had no issue with our recent order, so that didn't make sense. I went to their website, signed in, and tried to find a way to get through to them. It showed a copy of the email they had sent, but, no way to respond to it. I finally just responded to the email. I hope it wasn't someone else using our account. I have not seen any activity on the card, so that is good. The recording on the number I had for Uber says they have stopped answering calls at this number. No new number. Just a website with a searching mechanism that doesn't help. I wish that the companies that we use so much had better customer service. I did receive an email in response, just saying that the conversation had been closed. I never even got to respond to it. It gave a link but that just took me back to the original place that was of no help. So much for Uber's help desk.

I still want to get to the bottom of this, and I have no way to do so. I just hope it wasn't some scammer using my account.

@celticeagle Uber drivers are allowed to flag customers, not for tipping reasons, but for other reasons. Or they can continually not want to deliver if they feel it is too far for them, from where they are. If you live some distance from where you are ordering from, that could be a reason. But as Eva said, sometimes the services can basically suck.
