This is the first time for to taste a scone. According to my research, it is widely known in the UK and Ireland but also known in the US, Canada and Australia.
Being in Asia, I know the name but have not seen nor taste a scone. It is soft, crumbly and a bit dense. More like a bread and biscuit in one.
This one is good. Yum.
What's for dinner/breakfast/lunch?

Scones can be good if you find a good baker... Yours looks delicious! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Pretty and I both ate early this morning. I don't know what she had but I ate a bowl of beef, potato and cheese soup. YUM!

The scone looks yummy--I've had them before but not like that.
I just had plain ol' cereal for breakfast.

My breakfast this morning is boring....cottage cheese with peaches. I would love to try that chocolate chip scone.

We had one of that as our snacks during our recently concluded training but it didn't taste good!

Mostly our scones are plain or fruit scones which we have for afternoon tea with strawberry jam & clotted cream. We also make cheese scones which are very nice. I have never heard of chocolate chip scones here in the UK.

Sounds tasty. I would like to enjoy it once I don't know whether it's available here.
