Trump pardoned the Chrisley's today.

You may or may not have heard of the Chrisley's. They had a long running reality show, about their ridiculously lavish lifestyle, and a ton of family drama. In 2022, Todd got 12 years, and Julie got 7 years, for tax evasion, wire fraud, and conspiracy.
Their daughter Savannah petitioned Trump to pardon them...and he did. I guess the reality stars have to stick together.
It's all about who you know, folks.

Terrific birds of a feather. How will we all survive until Trump gets impeached and thrown out on his butt?

@MarieCoyle I think it is probable. No one likes him outside of a few billionaires, and deluded members of his own party.

Do you think he actually will? I am hearing a lot of Trump supporters that are very dissatisfied with him now.

If he does the child molesters will all start begging. We have enough of them actively running around already.

That's very concerning to me. I'm at a loss for words.

I said it before and I still think that this is a presidential power that should be done away with. Or, if the President wants to pardon someone, it should be approved by someone with some say-so...maybe the Supreme court, or? The power of pardons seems to be used like a magic wand--wave it and pardon the ones that they want to pardon.

I heard that he pardoned them and I wonder if they'll go back to reality tv and have a new series on their jail time?

Un-bleeping-real.
When the righteous rule the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan.

And the people need to groan, louder and louder. These people shouldn't all be pardoned. The fact that the mass Jan. 6th pardon took place was so embarrassing and wrong.

I am of the personal opinion that no one person should be able to pardon another person. It needs to be decided on in a different manner, maybe Supreme Court?

There are many people in prison that have not done the crimes the Chrisley's did...but they sit there, and because they are famous, the Chrisley's get a free ticket out of there. I think these pardons are out of hand, and have been for a long while now.

I read about this and couldn't believe it. I used to watch their show and was shocked when they were accused. They never should have been pardoned.

I watched one show, one time. That was enough. So fake and so much entitlement going on, it made me sick.
