It's the wash cloth again

Oh dear, the wah cloth.
So I had to go back to the woman's computer I fixed to connect up her new WiFi router as I agreed that I would do when it arrived in the post.
5 minutes job and she had wall to wall WiFi, a job well done.
Anyway, I was sitting having a nice cup of coffee she kindly offered me when through her lounge door came a big poodle dog.
So the lady left me with the dog for a minute and then came back into the room carrying what looked like the same wash cloth that I had used in her bathroom on my previous visit due to the absence of toilet paper.
And she wiped around the dogs butt explaining she was making sure it was clean as she didn't want dog poo on her sofa.
I nearly regurgitated my coffee.
I said nothing, speechless, made my.excuses and left
And I won't be going back.

I hope the washcloth you previously used hadn't been used on her dog. That'd be nasty.

I think it might have been.
I believe she wipes the dogs butt every time it enters the house after being outside

@Ineeddentures Yuck! Maybe she has many of these washcloths on hand. And she uses each one for a separate thing.

Aye well maybe.
But I don't think so.
She had headed in the direction of the toilet.
She probably used it on the dog and then rinsed it out in the sink
And then I used it....

Oh yes
I imagine it is one of these dogs that poops and then drags it's butt along the ground and maybe gets the poo round it's butt and it gets stuck in the hair so they shave round it.

Pity it didn't have a camera attached to it filming it's every move. Except of course when I used it.
I should have taken some toilet paper and left it in her toilet space

At least her precious sofa wouldn't get any dog poo on it and I bet she gets off leaving it in her toilet knowing people will have to use it

Mind you, if the choice was use the cloth the dog had used or the woman I would go for the canine option any day

@ineeddentures If that woman can afford a computer surely she can afford a roll or two of Andrex to wipe her dog’s butt. She has a point of course - I’d never let a dog slither itself over my sofa, but I just wouldn’t have a dog in the house rather than wipe its bum.

Aye.
If she can afford a.dog.surely she could afford Dog Nappies.
I couldn't believe when I saw Dog Nappies on the internet. I thought it was a joke.
She paid me, I won't be doing any more work for her.
Wish I had charged her more now.
But like you, I do agree about not letting a dog slither....
