Put in a solid 3 hours at the pool

I didn't think it was going to be a pool day as it was supposed to be cool and rainy. It was cool but the sun kept peeking out so I was like "F it" and went over to the pool. I still don't have my official stupid pool pass but I paid for it so I was ready to fight some kid that wouldn't let me in. The girl of course didn't care. They never do. I literally was the only person there aside from the lifeguard. She apologized and said that she had been trying to clean the pool but the vacuum wasn't working. I told her that it was so cold that I wasn't even going to attempt to go into the water. For the first hour or so I had my towel wrapped around me like a blanket because it was cloudy and cold but eventually the sun came out. I took off the towel and soaked up the vitamin D. 2 of my favorite pool buddies stopped by on the outside of the fence as they were bringing garbage to the dumpster. It was good to see them. They are so fun. They said they hadn't paid for their pool passes yet but I said they should just show up tomorrow and tell them that the laminator is broken. If the weather is nice I will be over there and I hope they come too. I probably would have stayed for awhile longer but my phone was about to die. In any case I would have left by now as the sun is gone, the clouds are rolling in, and the rain is approaching. I'm glad to have been over there for a couple of hours though. I can't wait to see the regular pool crowd in the coming weeks. We have so much fun together.
