Lyft is Giving Me the Screaming Meemies

My daughter had her CT scan today. A Lyft driver took her and all went well. But, the return ride was a different matter. They sent info an hour ahead of time and then the driver out of the blue decided to cancel the ride. They do that sometimes and it tends to tick me off. By this time my daughter had decided to walk since it was rather close. I didn't know she had and was a bit worried. She can't be out in the sun due to a medication she is taking. Another Lyft attempted to pick her up after she had waited for over an hour ,and finally decided to walk. This is not going to fly in the next couple of months when it will be so hot.
We've had some bad experiences with Lyft. The other non-emergency drivers are very nice and we never have any issues. We appreciate their transport.
She did get home and all is well. We ordered Chinese and I sure enjoyed my egg foo young.

I have never heard of Lyft before so have o idea what it is
I do however know what egg foo Yung is
Hope your daughter is ok
Yvonne gets meds which stop her going out in the sunshine too

Lyft is like Uber. We get a free transport but when they need extra drivers they call on Lyft and we always seem to have issues.

That's better than what we get.
We get free.Scotrish Ambulance Transport for Yvonne
And we always have issues with them.
And we usually have to either go on a bike or try and scrounge a lift.
Imagine actual patient transport Ambulances being unreliable

That’s one of the reasons why I’d rather pay the extra money and call a “real” cab company.

I'm glad your daughter made it home okay. I'd definitely go online and give the driver that cancelled the ride a bad rating!
