What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
I was HUNGRY after eating very little over the past 2 days. I had dinner cooked by 5:20 and eaten by 5:40. That's early for me! I had a breaded chicken cutlet that I marinated in lemon juice, EVOO, kosher salt, and ground black pepper, some StoveTop stuffing, and a steamed bag of veg--broccoli, baby carrots, corn, and snap peas. It wasn't anything fancy but it was tasty and definitely filled the hole in my stomach. I'm glad that I have enough leftover for lunch tomorrow.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I had a turkey & cheese sammich, baked BBQ Lay’s, a banana, and a fiber bar. And did laundry.

Your dinner sounds good, I had tater tots some luncheon meat and gravy, I still got regular potatoes to eat and my grocery order comes up on Saturday so all is fine,

I have no idea. I am here at the hospital with my son until late evening. Nothing sounds good to me today. I may wait until I get home to eat.

Thank you. I ate a salad and then my daughter and husband came and we had coffee and a roll. So that was a nice break.

We had Burgers and Chips and a mixed vegetable selection.
The burgers were ok, the Chips were ok and so was the veg .
You did indeed ha e an early dinner
We usually have a small tea at that time and then have dinner a bit later on

Yum! I had a chicken patty sandwich from Morningstar Farms with mini tater tots. I'm hoping my chicken will defrost overnight in the freezer for this weekend's recipes.
