Does Anybody Still Own an Alarm Clock?

I was just watching a commercial for a fancy charging device where you can put your smart watch across a rail in the back to charge it, lay your earpods down on a base to charge, and magnetically click your smart phone to the front. They had the display on the phone using it like an alarm clock. I noticed in my recent travels that they don't have alarm clocks in hotel rooms anymore. I guess since your smart phone can function as an alarm, nobody needs alarm clocks anymore. But I do like rolling over and being able to see what time it is in the middle of the night. I guess those people just pick up their phones. Do you still own an alarm clock?

I have an alarm clock by my bed, but I use my phone for an alarm. I just like to see the time during the night.

I have an alarm clock similar to the one in your picture. I don't use it as an alarm (I set my Alexa for that) but I do use it as a nightlight and like you, I like to see the time in the middle of the night too.

Yes but I don't use them. I'm up all night and most of the day. I have a clock right in front of me on the wall.

My sister and brother-in-law have one of those devices each. My brother-in-law keeps his on military time, which annoys my sister for some reason. I just use the alarm clock on my phone.

I don't own an alarm clock...I do use the clock/alarm on my phone, which soon I will be able to not have to use one, once I retire in August. I refuse to have a smart watch and ear buds. I tend to be the one, that doesn't do it, just because everyone else is doing it.

I use my phone though most of the time, I am already having my morning coffee when it alarms. I also do not want to have light when I am sleeping.

I have clocks that will function as alarm clocks. Thankfully, I threw the instructions away and don’t know how to set them. If I need to get up early I set the clock on my iPad or phone.

Yes, because I also like rolling over and being able to see what time it is. I also close my smartphone in another room when I go to sleep. Some idiots could wake me up dialing the wrong number.

Every single hotel room I have been in, at least in the United States, has had an alarm clock. I personally do not have one.
