Mixed Day

Had clouds for most of it. The rain started this afternoon but was never real hard. It did that a few times. Then we actually had a few minutes of sunshine. That didn't last and then more rain. After that passed we had some thunder.
I went out while it wasn't raining and checked the cameras. Then fed the chickens. One of them didn't want to go in and of course it started raining again. I told her she is going to be dinner if she keeps it up.
I did get wire on the old bakers rack and moved it into the chicken run. I also tied the rose bush trellis back up. That's a yearly job it seems. All that was this morning. Now I am going to relax.

I wish we'd get some rain here. Nothing for weeks. There's always that one chicken who wants to explore.

I had to wait out a quick (10-15 minute) deluge in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. That prompted me to come home after I finished sightseeing there: if I’m going to have to wait out rain storms over the weekend, I can do that here for free.
