The photo is of a little lizard I spotted at our house-sit. Doesn't he have a long tail? I wonder if he curls it round his nose when he sleeps, like a cat does.
We have a busy time next week but today I’m going to the clubhouse for a Ladies’ Movie showing. The lady who runs it can’t be there so has asked Vince to take charge of starting the movie. She has given him three and suggested he get the ladies to choose one,
That might end up like herding cats so we’ve made an executive decision (!) and I’ve done the choosing. Of the three, it’s the only one I haven’t seen, which is Eat, Pray, Love. That will solve one problem but I do hope we don’t get too many complaints.

I hope everybody enjoys the movie.
We don't have Geckos where we live but I know they have them further West and in the far South of the US.

@JudyEv I bet that one has never been caught or scared badly enough that it broke off its own tail to get away from a predator or human.

@DaddyEvil So maybe their tail just keeps growing and growing. I hadn't considered that.

I hope everyone enjoyed the movie. I had a gecko share our room one time in Islamorada. As long as he didn't crawl on me I was OK with that.

We call those “geckos” here. They’re pretty cool. I remember catching one when I lived in Florida, and putting it on its back and rubbing its belly. It went right to sleep. (Supposedly that works with alligators, too, but I’ll limit my experiments to something no larger than the palm of my hand.
)
Hope you all enjoyed the movie. (Good executive decision on your part!!

@JudyEv — I remember them saying that at an alligator farm we visited in Florida when I was a kid. It makes me wonder if that’s common to reptiles, or certain types of reptiles.
