Attending a memorial service tomorrow

If I can find something to write about, I’ll be here tomorrow but we’re leaving around lunchtime to attend a memorial service for a friend. You might remember I wrote about an endurance rider who fell from his horse during a training ride and had terrible head injuries. Unfortunately, he didn’t recover and died a day later. There will be a gathering tomorrow at his farm and we’ll be staying overnight in our old town. We are staying in a little cottage just out of town. I know they have a collection of animals there so perhaps I’ll get some good photos. The photo was taken by Vince and is of our friend at his last ride.
