Just noticed there are no tomatoes in the fridge

I was planning on making egg scramble for breakfast and noticed there were no tomatoes in the fridge. I only know to make egg scramble using tomatoes. Then I remmebered there were some dragon fruits in there . I had tasted one and I did not like its taste. I decided to use one of those in the egg scramble
The stuff looked nice but when I tasted it I found it a bit slimy. Compared to tomatoes the dragon fruit is more nutritious. Since I made it I ate a bit.
But I did not like egg scramble using the dragon fruit I will try and make pudding or ice cream with them where there will be sugar added and that probably will solve the taste issue.

At least you tried to use one of the dragon fruits after not liking the taste. If I don't like something, I either give it away or throw it away.
I never use tomatoes in scrambled eggs. I made scrambled eggs a few days ago for breakfast and used cheese, diced onions, diced ham, garlic powder, pepper and a little salt. They were delicious!

@DaddyEvil Eggs are properly cooked and the tomatoes give that moisture that is good to eat bread with it.

@allknowing If my eggs look "wet" for any reason, I won't eat them. I can't eat eggs that are not cooked until they're dry.

I don´t make scrambled eggs with tomatoes. I can add diced cheese or tiny bits of diced green onions.

I like the scrambled egg to be moist and tomatoes do that. As they say to each their own

@allknowing - We also love the scrambled eggs to be moist, this is why I add a splash of dairy cream.
